The meeting will be held on April 3rd - 4th. There will be a breakfast on Wednesday, April 3rd and lunch will be provided at 12:00pm, with dinner on your own Wednesday evening. Breakfast will also be provided on Thursday, April 4th with the meeting concluding around 1:00pm.
